generally acceptable experience

modern room window seat cold staff poor customer service
the room was modern and clean. i especially appreciated the window seat. the bathroom was also modern and a good size.
the staff were not very warm or cute. they lacked proper customer service and seemed cold to guests without much greeting or smile.

smooth arrival downstairs coffee wonderful shower room comfortable bed
the arrival was smooth and fast! i appreciated having coffee available downstairs. the shower room was wonderful, and the amenities smelled lovely. i found the bed to be wonderfully comfortable, facilitating restful sleep each night.
The restaurant menu seemed a bit overpriced. I did not try it.

effective soundproofing adjustable air controls convenient coffee machine available public transport
i found the room's soundproofing quite effective, nice for peaceful rest. the adjustable air controls were useful for maintaining a comfortable temperature. the provision of a coffee machine and kettle in the room added convenience. i was also pleased to find readily available public transport options within a short walk.
i noticed the check-in staff did not mention the parking vouchers, leading to unexpected parking expenses during the initial stay.

i found the location convenient, a short walk to the pier and various dining spots. the staff offered genuinely friendly and efficient service, promptly addressing my inquiries. i especially appreciated the rooftop barwith lovely views and perfect service.
The room lacked luggage racks near the entry. Accessing my suitcases was slightly inconvenient.
