My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable, and spotless, with a convenient door separating the bed area for added privacy. The service was excellent, but the lack of daily room servicing was a downside. The location was bustling yet amazing, offering good value for its proximity to Elizabeth Quay. Dining was hit-or-miss, with some items unavailable, but decent value for the quality. A lot to love with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was fantastic, right across from Elizabeth Quay with plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms, however, were uncomfortably hot even with the air conditioner on, and we were disappointed that they weren't serviced after our first night. The bath at Elizabeth Quay Lux was a nice touch but didn't make up for the room temperature issues.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were extremely hot, even with the air conditioner being on and not serviced after our first night. The bath at Elizabeth Quay Lux was a nice addition.
Service
7.0
The service was okay, but the room not being serviced after the first night was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The location was fabulous, right across from Elizabeth Quay with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience at the hotel's cafe was average, not up to luxury hotel standard. Comparing prices with other hotels offering breakfast, it seemed a bit overpriced.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were lacking, especially in terms of room maintenance.

6.0/10

The hotel has a convenient location near all attractions in town and offers good value for money. However, the room size is small, and the view overlooks a multi-story car park. The dining experience is not great, especially compared to other hotels in the area, but the location is lovely for exploring the city and taking side trips.

Rooms
5.0
The room is tiny, and there is nothing appealing to see from the window except for the dirty car park. There's limited space to put a suitcase.
Service
6.0
The service is okay, but nothing exceptional. Some extra amenities like room service or laundry could enhance the overall experience.
Location
8.0
The hotel has everything we needed in terms of location, making it easy to grab an Uber, visit the city mall, and access pick-up points for side trips. The hot desk area and proximity to the newly developed harbor precinct are great perks.
Dining
5.0
The Community Cafe's breakfast quality is lacking, and the seating arrangements can be odd with street visitors. Compared to other hotels in the area offering better dining options, the value for the paid breakfast is not worth it.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacks some essential facilities and activities to enhance the overall guest experience. Adding more options for guests to enjoy would be beneficial.

I was thrilled with our room overlooking the multi-story carpark on the higher floors, offering a splendid view of Elizabeth Quay. It was the only room with a bath, perfect for a relaxing weekend before our engagement party at the Oyster Bar on Saturday night. The lack of a real lobby was a downside, but being close to Elizabeth Quay and all the city attractions made up for it.

Rooms
9.0
The room was amazing, especially with the fantastic view of Elizabeth Quay. Having a bath was a big plus for us, and the stay was worth it for this experience alone.
Service
8.0
The service was excellent, with room service and housekeeping maintaining the room's pristine condition. It was a bit pricey, but the value we received was top-notch.
Location
10.0
The location was superb, right in the heart of Perth city near the newly developed harbor precinct. Being close to Elizabeth Quay where our wedding took place made our stay incredibly convenient.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience in the cafe on the ground floor was satisfying, but a bit overpriced for what we received. Some seating options in the room would have been a welcome addition.
Facilities
7.0
The lack of a proper lobby was a downside, but the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, it would have been nice to have a dedicated dining area within the hotel.
