Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable, and spotless, with a convenient door separating the bed area for added privacy. The service was excellent, but the lack of daily room servicing was a downside. The location was bustling yet amazing, offering good value for its proximity to Elizabeth Quay. Dining was hit-or-miss, with some items unavailable, but decent value for the quality. A lot to love with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was fantastic, right across from Elizabeth Quay with plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms, however, were uncomfortably hot even with the air conditioner on, and we were disappointed that they weren't serviced after our first night. The bath at Elizabeth Quay Lux was a nice touch but didn't make up for the room temperature issues.
The hotel has a convenient location near all attractions in town and offers good value for money. However, the room size is small, and the view overlooks a multi-story car park. The dining experience is not great, especially compared to other hotels in the area, but the location is lovely for exploring the city and taking side trips.
I was thrilled with our room overlooking the multi-story carpark on the higher floors, offering a splendid view of Elizabeth Quay. It was the only room with a bath, perfect for a relaxing weekend before our engagement party at the Oyster Bar on Saturday night. The lack of a real lobby was a downside, but being close to Elizabeth Quay and all the city attractions made up for it.
